NORMAN — The Festival of Homes, organized by the Builders Association of South Central Oklahoma, is set for two weekends, June 4-6 and June 11-13, with 19 new homes open free to the public in Norman, Moore, south Oklahoma City and Newcastle.

Festival hours will be 1 to 7 p.m. each day. For details, go to basco-festival.com/, or pick up a festival guide book at 7-Eleven starting Thursday.

“With the current real estate market demand soaring right now, there’s never been a better time for the Festival of Homes,” the organizers said. “This is the perfect opportunity for new home buyers to see and experience the quality that can be given by local home builders.
