Construction on the 6,431 square-foot home begins this month.
Floor plans include a main house encompassing the master suite and a VIP suite; library; great room; dining room; kitchen with a butler’s pantry; and a 4-car garage. The plans also include a detached two-bedroom guest house that connects to the main house with a covered breezeway; a detached art studio and exercise room; and a beautiful outdoor pool area designed by Architectural Land Design.
“This project is a statement for CGU Homes,” said Mike Gargiulo, project manager for CGU Homes. “We couldn’t be happier to be working with this amazing team and great clients while building this one-of-a-kind home.”
The modern house designed by Stofft Cooney Architects will have floor-to-ceiling glass windows, wood floors, natural stone exterior elements and custom cabinetry by Alli Kriste.
The house is situated on nine acres of land surrounded by the original, natural vegetation and will include a spacious outdoor living and dining area with a large fire pit.
Interior of the home will be designed with a modern , organic feel by David Fruscione with Republic of Décor.
“I am thrilled to be working on such an amazing property,” said Fruscione. “The marriage of materials, details and furnishings will be spectacular. I can’t wait for it to all come together!
