The 57th edition of the Parade of Homes takes place July 10-18 in Massillon at Augusta Lakes.

This year’s show has five newly constructed homes – all featuring the latest in new home interior design, floor plans, technology, green building and landscaping. These professionally decorated homes are priced to start at $450,000 and feature a variety of up-to-date architectural styles.

This is a show that appeals to all generations of consumers – from first-time home buyers to empty nesters and will be especially appealing to everyone interested in building a custom home.

Augusta Lakes is a scenic and popular development that borders the beautiful Legends golf course. It is conveniently located off Richville Drive and easily accessible from Route 30, Southway St. SW, or downtown Massillon. This is our second sneak peek at one of the homes. House #2 is presented by last year’s winner of the People’s Choice Award – Vega Construction.

This home by Vega Construction is part of the 2021 Parade of Homes.
